General Rules, Terms & Conditions:

-You must be 18+ to commission me.-I retain the right to refuse a commission.-I, the artist, retain copyright to the illustration. Non-commercial use of the art is welcome (such as printing it, using it as your icon, etc).-If you wish to use my work commercially, please email me at: [email protected]-I will not claim the ownership of your character’s or ideas.-Mass production and monetization of my work is prohibited.-You may not use my art for AI/NFT’s.-No tracing, copying, etc.-You may not remove my signature.

Payment

-Currently I take payment through PayPal or Venmo.-Any commission under $50 must be paid in full at the beginning. Any commission over $50, half is paid up front and the remainder will be paid when commission is finished.

Process & Edits

-Sketches are permitted very simple edits.-With colored pieces, I will check in after the sketch phase, and mid-way through the color phase. You are permitted 3 changes.
